Welcome to the Maritime Pasty company. We specialise in baking delicious Cornish pasties (pronounced "Pasti" - the "a" as in cat) sometimes known as a tiddly, oggy, or tiddy oggy.

If you do not know what a cornish pasty is, just imagine a freshly baked hot pie, with a light flaky pastry "handcrimped" case, a selection of delicious tender fillings combined with vegetables & seasoning, that you can hold in your hand and your halfway there.

At the Maritime pasty company all our Cornish pasties are freshly made, handcrimped and cooked to a traditional Cornish recipe which has been handed down through the generations. We use only the finest ingredients which are all locally sourced from Nova Scotian suppliers.
