Our Pasties... Tasty, Satisfying & Nutritious Golden crispy pastry on the outside, meltingly tender inside, our pasties come in a variety of satisfying and nourishing fillings which are all perfectly offset by the sweetness of turnips and a generous seasoning of freshly ground black pepper * All the steak used in our pasties is supplied to us by Local farms. Traditional Cornish Pasty We take a generous helping of finest Prime steak, dice it, and place it onto a sheet of freshly prepared pastry. we then cover the steak with layers of fresh, thinly sliced turnips, potatoes and chopped onions and season it all with freshly ground black pepper. The pastry is then folded over the filling, hand crimped, glazed, and put into the oven until fully cooked and the pastry is a crispy golden brown. Steak & Ale We take a generous helping of finest prime steak, dice it, and leave it to marinate in Propeller head strong ale until all the flavours of the ale are fully absorbed. When it is ready, we place the steak onto a sheet of freshly prepared pastry and cover it with layers of freshly prepared, turnips,potatos and onions and season it all with freshly ground black pepper. The pastry is then folded over the filling, hand crimped, glazed, and put into the oven until fully cooked and the pastry is a crispy golden brown. Mature Cheddar We coarsely grate a large chunk of finest Canadian mature cheddar and place it onto a sheet of freshly prepared pastry. We then cover the cheese with layers of freshly prepared, turnips,potatos and onions and season it all with freshly ground black pepper. The pastry is then folded over the filling, hand crimped, glazed, and put into the oven until fully cooked and the pastry is a crispy golden brown. **New** Brocolli & Cheese & Mushroom & Cheese Steak and Stilton We take a generous helping of Prime steak, dice it and place it onto freshly prepared pastry. Finest blue stilton is then crumpled over the steak which is then layered with freshly prepared turnips, potato’s and onion and generously seasoned with freshly ground black pepper. The pastry is then folded over the filling, hand crimped, glazed, and put into the oven until fully cooked and the pastry is a crispy golden brown.
